Women Entrepreneurship

This entrepreneurship programme is designed specifically for women survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) who are rebuilding their lives and seeking pathways to economic independence, dignity, and self-determination. The programme recognises the complex social, emotional, and economic barriers faced by GBV survivors and adopts a survivor-centred, trauma-informed approach to learning.

The programme combines foundational entrepreneurship skills with confidence-building, psychosocial awareness, and practical livelihood development. It creates a safe and supportive learning environment where participants can explore income-generating opportunities aligned with their strengths, interests, and lived realities. Learning is paced, participatory, and context-sensitive, acknowledging that healing and economic empowerment are interconnected processes.
